Software version upgrades and software updates are available at no charge to all customers with a valid Maintenance Subscription. Most new product purchases come with an initial FIRST YEAR Maintenance Subscription.*

After the initial Maintenance Subscription expires the following conditions apply:

Minor Software Updates (Example: 9.5 to 9.5.1):

• No charge.

Software Version Upgrades (Example: 9.5.x to 10 or 9.4.x to 9.5.x):

• Customers have the opportunity to renew their Maintenance Subscription at the renewal cost with no additional fees for the first thirty (30) days after the Expiration date.
• After thirty (30) days from the date of Expiration, an additional fee of $100.00 or 10% of the renewal cost (whichever is greater) will be added to the cost of the renewal.
• After the grace period, the Maintenance Subscription cannot be renewed and an upgrade would need to be purchased.

NOTE:  Customers upgrading two or more software versions at a time may be charged an additional version upgrade fee (Example: Upgrading from 9.4.x to 10). Please contact us for upgrade pricing.

* Maintenance is not offered for workstation products unless they are on the same license as server products or purchased in volume licensing packs. Please see individual product pages for details.
